We are looking to build on our existing team in January 2022 and would like individuals who have experience in completing electrical and telecommunications projects including power, lighting and communications cabling to join our team.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation and commissioning of commercial communications systems and completing commercial fit-outs

Service Coordinator (Fixed term)

Alliance SI has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and engaged Service Coordinator in our Sydney office. Reporting to the National Remote Hands Manager, the role suits a career orientated individual with an established background in Service Coordination. Someone with a technical background is ideal. This role is initially for 6 months but could lead to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting project managers, project coordinators and site technicians with project administrative tasks,
  • Monitor and maintain documents on the Contractor onboarding platform (Altora)
  • Assist with increasing ASI’s national partner base – onboarding new customers in areas that lack ASI support
  • Support Work Order creation and Job Bookings in SimPRO,
  • Scheduling contractors for service works nationwide,
  • Managing purchase orders, contract documents and all other job-related documentation for project works,
  • Responding to customer enquiries,
  • Credit Control duties – follow up with customers, making courstesy calls where necessary,
  • Manage the on-call after hours support system and release weekly updates to all on-call technicians
  • Supporting stakeholders in quality assurance and work health safety compliance and,
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as required

Your Profile:

  • Customer support/Service administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft office programs – including Excel/Word/Outlook
  • Experience with job management/scheduling software, (SimPRO experience highly regarded),

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills can build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Our apprentices are trained in all the skills required to install electrical and communications cabling solutions.  You will gather a variety of experience as you become involved in all aspects of site works.

As an apprentice you will be trained and mentored by experienced technicians as well as working closely with our customers to develop exceptional customer service skills.   One of the many bonuses is that we will provide you with the chance to work full-time and study to receive your trade qualification in Electrotechnology Certificate III, whilst providing full support and encouragement to develop the expertise to launch your career.
