At Alliance SI, our work in the community is grounded in responsibility. It reflects who we are: people driven by service, motivated by purpose, and committed to creating lasting value. Our long-standing partnership with the Kids with Cancer Foundation is one way we bring those values to life.
The Kids with Cancer Foundation provides practical and financial support to children in treatment and their families. That same kind of care, which is consistent, responsive and grounded in real need, reflects how we approach every relationship. It is built on trust, connection and partnerships that strengthen communities in lasting ways.
We are proud to be recognised with the W Media Social & Community Initiative of the Year award. The deeper impact, however, lies in the steady contribution of our people. Across QLD, NSW and VIC, our teams have assembled care packs, hosted fundraisers, taken on physical challenges and raised more than $15,000 so far this year and almost $40,000 since 2016. These efforts are not driven by obligation. They are driven by pride and a shared belief in doing what is right.
Our CEO, Clarissa Turner, shared:
“Our partnership with the Kids with Cancer Foundation goes back nearly ten years, and it was chosen by our team because this cause sits close to our hearts. From day one, our people have shown incredible pride in supporting children and families through some of their toughest moments. The impact is simple: we care deeply, and we show it through action. Seeing our teams fundraise, volunteer and get behind this initiative every year is truly fabulous. This recognition is wonderful to receive.”
Purpose strengthens culture. When people rally behind something meaningful, it builds trust, fosters well-being and deepens connection. For organisations working in high-performance, mission-critical environments, that culture is not a soft asset. It is an intentional one. It supports retention, strengthens collaboration and reinforces the accountability our customers rely on.
That is why our commitment to community extends beyond this partnership. Through initiatives like Careers in the Cloud, school and community sponsorships, and our work with Empowered Women in Trades, we continue to support inclusion, capability and meaningful opportunity across the communities we serve.
This recognition is a proud moment for our team, not because of the award itself, but because of what it reflects. When organisations lead with care, consistency and integrity, they strengthen the networks around them and reflect the value of the people who make their work possible.
